Crown & Bridge
Our comprehensive crown and bridge department handles everything from single-unit restorations to full-arch reconstructions in gold, all-ceramic, and porcelain fused to metal. Every case receives a dedicated quality control review before shipping, ensuring precise marginal fit, accurate occlusion, and natural aesthetics. We accept both traditional impressions and digital scans from all major intraoral scanner platforms.
Gold Restorations
Precision-cast gold restorations remain the gold standard for longevity and biocompatibility. We fabricate full and 3/4 gold crowns, MOD inlays, hygienic pontics, indirect post and core buildups, and diagnostic wax-ups using high-noble alloys from certified suppliers. Our master technicians achieve marginal integrity consistently under 50 microns, and every casting is verified under magnification before finishing.
All-Ceramic Restorations
From lithium disilicate pressed crowns to layered zirconia veneers, our all-ceramic department delivers restorations with lifelike translucency and strength. We offer Empress, e.max, BruxZir, and multi-layered zirconia systems, each selected to match the clinical requirements of your case. Our master ceramist hand-layers characterization and glazing to achieve shade matches that satisfy even the most discerning cosmetic cases.
Porcelain Fused to Metal
Our PFM restorations combine the proven strength of metal substructures with the aesthetics of hand-layered porcelain. Available in high-noble gold, semi-precious, and non-precious frameworks, each unit is designed with controlled porcelain thickness for optimal fracture resistance. We also fabricate Maryland bridges with precision-etched retainers and offer porcelain butt-margin designs for enhanced anterior aesthetics.
Full & Partial Dentures
From economy to premium cosmetic lines, our removable prosthetics department crafts dentures with meticulous attention to tooth arrangement, gum characterization, and patient comfort. Our premium line features individually selected teeth with custom staining and translucency for a lifelike appearance. We offer cast metal frameworks, flexible nylon partials, and implant-retained overdentures, each fabricated to your exact specifications.
Implant Prosthetics
Our implant department works with all major implant systems to fabricate custom titanium and zirconia abutments, screw-retained crowns, implant-supported bridges, and full-arch overdentures. We maintain a comprehensive implant library and can design from digital planning software exports. Complex cases benefit from our collaborative approach — our team communicates directly with your surgeon and restorative dentist to ensure seamless integration.
Repairs & Relines
We offer rapid turnaround on denture repairs, relines, rebases, and occlusal adjustments — most routine repairs ship within 24 hours of receipt. Our repair team handles everything from simple tooth replacements and cracked bases to complex reline procedures requiring new impressions. Rush services are available for urgent cases, and we provide prepaid shipping labels to streamline the process.

He designs and mills zirconia and lithium disilicate restorations with sub-micron precision, and manages our 3D printing operation for surgical guides, models, and temporary restorations. His ability to seamlessly integrate digital impressions from any scanner platform makes case submission effortless for our partnering practices.
